By using our server, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound
by this User Agreement.

• PTS Platform and Project:

By using our server and platform, you participate in a Public Test Platform. (PTS).
Therefore, you are aware that you are not acquiring a product or service.
You are participating in the test of this free access platform.
Therefore, you do not have any type of right over any of the parts that make up this project.
None of the parties to this project have any direct or indirect obligation to you, except in the
specific case of the Voluntary collaboration to the project through Donations and the only
commitment acquired by the project is the delivery of donation virtual coins that can be used
within the video game to access content.

• Account Creation

To create an account on our server, you must provide accurate and complete information.
You may not use another person’s account without their permission, nor may you provide false
information during the account creation process.
If you violate any of these rules, we reserve the right to terminate your account without notice.

• Server Rules:

You must follow our server rules at all times while playing on our server.
These rules are subject to change at any time, so please check them regularly.
Failure to follow the server rules may result in a warning, temporary ban,
or permanent ban, depending on the severity of the offense.

• Intellectual Property:

All content on our server, including but not limited to graphics, text, sounds, and software,
is the property of the server administrators and may not be copied, distributed, or reproduced
without permission.

• In-Game Purchases:

Our server may offer in-game purchases. By making a purchase, you agree to pay the indicated price
and accept the terms and conditions of the purchase.

• Liability:

We are not liable for any loss or damage resulting from your use of our server, including but not
limited to loss of data, profits, or reputation. You agree to indemnify us and hold us harmless from
any claims or damages arising out of your use of our server.

• Termination:

We reserve the right to terminate your account at any time for any reason, without notice. You may
also terminate your account at any time by following the instructions on our server.

Al usar nuestro servidor, usted reconoce que ha leído, entendido y acepta estar obligado

• Plataforma y Proyecto PTS:

Al utilizar nuestro servidor y nuestra plataforma, participa en una Plataforma de prueba pública. (PTS).
Por tanto, eres consciente de que no estás adquiriendo un producto o servicio.
Ud esta participando en la prueba de esta plataforma de libre acceso.
Por lo tanto, usted no tiene ningún tipo de derecho sobre ninguna de las partes que integran este proyecto.
Ninguna de las partes de este proyecto tiene ninguna obligación directa o indirecta con usted, excepto en el caso especifico de la colaboración voluntaria al proyecto a través de Donaciones y el unico compromiso adquirido por parte del proyecto es la entrega de monedas virtuales de donacion que se pueden utilizar dentro del video juego para acceder a contenidos.

• Creación de cuenta:

Para crear una cuenta en nuestro servidor, debe proporcionar información precisa y completa.
No puede usar la cuenta de otra persona sin su permiso, ni puede proporcionar información falsa información durante el proceso de creación de la cuenta.
Si viola alguna de estas reglas, nos reservamos el derecho de cancelar su cuenta sin previo aviso.
